Thursday
High pressure east of the country on Thursday with low pressure to the west. This brings a cloudy morning with outbreaks of rain pushing north-eastwards across the country, clearing much of England by lunchtime with sunny spells developing here. Staying largely cloudy further north with outbreaks of rain still about. Showers also affecting Wales and northwest England. Highs at a very mild 20C in southeast England, 14C in northern Scotland.

Thursday Night
Largely dry through the first half of the night though cloud will build as more rain pushes in on to western areas through the early hours. Lows at a mild 10 to 15C for most, slightly lower across northern Scotland.

 
 
 

Friday
After a wet night in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales and western parts of England and Scotland. This rain will quickly clear to the east of the country through Friday morning. Brighter weather follows from the west and south with drier conditions and sunny spells here. Some showery rain still to affect parts of north and west Scotland through the afternoon. Possible further rain may reach southern coasts of England towards the evening. A very mild day again at 20C in East Anglia, 16C in western areas.

Saturday
Low pressure to the west of Ireland on Saturday. A front passing north taking showery bursts of rain with it, clearing for many but outbreaks of rain affecting much of Scotland in the afternoon. Brighter in southern areas with sunny spells. Very mild across the south and southeast again with highs at 18 to 20C. More like 13 to 17C elsewhere.
