Tuesday
A cld start to the morning on Tuesday. A widespread frost across many areas of England, Wales and Ireland. There will be more cloud in the far north of Scotland, with some outbreaks of rain moving into the northwest. Elsewhere the fog patches will be clearing to leave the day dry with good spells of sunshine throughout. However, it is going to be feeling cold with temperature struggling to rose about around 4 to 7C.


Tuesday Night
Another widespread frost tonight across England and Wales as well as Ireland. Mist and fog patches forming once again towards the morning. A tendency for more cloud and breezier conditions through Scotland, this helping to lift temperatures a little, perhaps with some spots of rain over the Highland and southern Uplands. These spots of rain northwest England and the hills of Northern Ireland later in the night. Lows at -4C in England and Wales, around 0C in Scotland.


Wednesday
High pressure is going to be centred over the south of the UK on Wednesday. This brings fog patches in the morning over many southern part of England, Wales and Ireland. The fog may be reluctant to clear some places through the day. Once it has gone there will be dry weather with some bright spells. More cloud in northern England, Northern Ireland and Scotland with some drizzle in the far north. Breezy in northern Scotland too with highs at a chilly 5C in southern England, 8C in northern Scotland.


Thursday
High pressure stays dominant over the country on Thursday. This is going to be bringing mist and fog patches again to southern parts of England and Wales. More cloud across more northern areas as the flow turns into the northwest here. There will be some showers around northern Scotland and perhaps a few over northwest England, north Wales and along eastern coasts of England too. Breezy in the north and east. Again it will be milder in the north than south with highs at 9C, but 7C in southern England.
