A cool start to Saturday in much of England and Wales. There will be plenty of sunshine here as well. Staying fair into the afternoon, although a few showers could occur across the far southeast. More cloud slipping south through Scotland, northern England and Ireland bringing some showery spots of rain on the hills. Brighter skies following into Scotland bringing a few showers to the north. Little changes in the afternoon as cold air drains south through northern areas as the brighter air arrives. Highs at 7C in northern Scotland, 17C in southern England.


Saturday Night
Cloud across southern Ireland, Wales, central and southern England tonight. It should be dry. Clearer skies in northern England, Scotland and northern Ireland. Temperatures falling quickly here with a frost forming. Lows near 0C in Scotland, 6C in southern England.
 


Sunday
High pressure remains dominant through Sunday. The day is going to be cooler than recently for all parts. There will be some sunny spells. It should stay dry for most, although an isolated shower may affect northern Scotland and the hills of southern Ireland and southern Wales. Highs near 7 to 12C in light winds.
 


Monday
Fronts driving into Scotland and Ireland on Monday bringing some cloud and outbreaks of rain. The rain could be heavy in western Scotland. Drier through England and Wales. There will be some sunny spells. Little changes for the afternoon with northern and western areas being damp, whilst the east and south stays dry. Highs at 8C in northern Scotland, 13C in southern England.
