Italy, Greece and Turkey will see some rather stormy conditions in the next couple of days while it should remain mostly dry and more settled in the western Mediterranean. Unsettled across much of western and central Europe as a deep area of low pressure brings strong winds and heavy bursts of rain.
A mostly dry and bright day for Portugal and Spain though cloud will build over northern areas through the afternoon bringing some rain to northwestern areas by evening. Dry and bright for the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Heavy rain and high winds will clear southern Italy through the morning to leave a dry and bright day here too. A deep area of low pressure will bring strong winds and heavy thundery showers to Greece and Turkey.
Mostly cloudy for France and the Low Countries with a band of rain sweeping from northwest to southeast through the day. Rain also sweeping across Germany through the late afternoon and evening. A mostly bright day for Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic but clouding over through the afternoon. Some snow showers may affect Austria through the morning. Staying dry and bright in Slovakia and Hungary.
A very wet and windy day for Denmark however wintry showers will clear the Baltic States through the morning to leave a dry and bright afternoon. Wintry showers easing too for Finland but it will remain rather overcast here. A dry and bright start for Sweden and Norway however high winds, heavy rain and snow will sweep in from the southwest through the late morning and afternoon.
Another mostly dry and bright day for Portugal and Spain though persistent light rain could affect the northern coast of Spain through the day. Early morning showers over the Balearics should clear to leave a dry and fine afternoon. Corsica, Sardinia and the northern half of Italy could see some heavy rain throughout the day on Wednesday while high winds and thundery showers should clear away from Greece and Turkey by the late afternoon.
A mixed day for France with showers becoming more widespread through the afternoon. These will be wintry in the southeast. Persistent rain for the Low Countries and western parts of Germany through Wednesday while Switzerland and Austria will likely see some snow. A mixed day of sunshine and showers for Poland and the Czech Republic though more persistent rain could edge into western areas through the late afternoon.
Another wet and windy day for Denmark while it will start cloudy for the Baltic States before a band of rain and snow sweeps eastward across the region. A mostly dry day for Finland though snow will edge into southern areas through the evening. Windy and wet for southern parts of Sweden and Norway with a mixture of rain, sleet and snow.
