Tuesday
An area of showers, and the risk of a crack of thunder, passing through southern and central England, eastern and northern Wales and into northern England this morning. Hot and sunny again in eastern England with some decent spells of sunshine in Scotland too. Cloudier in Ireland where there will be rain in central and western areas with the risk of some fog on coasts. The area of showers passes into Scotland this afternoon, an isolated one in eastern England too before fading away. Most places wil be dry with sunny periods, although Ireland and western Scotland always seeing more cloud and some patchy rain. Highs at 32C in southeast England, 20C in Ireland and Scotland.


Tuesday Night
Generally cloudier skies for many tonight. A chance of an isolated showers in the eats, but for most of England, Wales and Scotland it should be dry. Turning misty with some fog patches by morning. Patchy rain and drizzle in Ireland and western Scotland with fog on the coasts here. By morning some more persistent, possibly thundery rain may have reached northwest Wales, northwest England and southwest Scotland as well as eastern Ireland. Lows at 11 to 14C in the west, 19C in eastern England.


Wednesday
A cold front will be tracking east on Wednesday. This brings outbreaks of rain to Scotland on Wednesday morning, with more persistent rain into southwest Scotland, western England and west Wales. Fresher brighter weather with a few showers across Ireland and western Scotland. Mostly dry at first in central and eastern England and warm again too. The rain area slowly moves into northern England, Wales, the Midlands and southwest England on Wednesday afternoon, a risk of a crack of thunder. Isolated showers developing in the far southeast of England. Bright and fresh with scattered showers in Ireland and western Scotland. Tops near 18C in Ireland, 14C in western Scotland, 27C in eastern England.


Thursday
A cold front clears eastern England on Thursday with fresher weather then affecting all parts of the UK and Ireland. Low pressure will be passing quickly to the northwest of Scotland bringing gales and rain here, some of it heavy. Rain affecting the northern and western coasts of Ireland too. Eastern Scotland, eastern Ireland and most of England and Wales should be dry with sunny spells. Breezier for northern England and Ireland. Highs at 17 to 20C for most, 23C in east Anglia and southeast England.
