Saturday
High pressure brings a dry day to most of the British Isles today. There will be lots of sunshine for England and Wales. The risk of some low cloud drifting onto western coasts of England and Wales from time to time. Thicker cloud in northwest and western Scotland with outbreaks of rain and low cloud shrouding hills and coasts. Little changes this afternoon with hot temperatures in much of England and Wales, warm or very warm for most other areas. Highs at 30C in southeast England, widely 22 to 27C in England and Wales, 15C in northwest Scotland and 18C in Ireland.

Saturday Night
A front gives cloud and outbreaks of rain into the north and west of Scotland as well as the far northwest of Ireland. Dry for other areas with clear skies, although broken cloud in the north and west. Lows at 10 to 16C.

 
 
 

Sunday
A fine and hot Sunday across much of England and Wales. The best of the sunshine through central and southern areas. There will be more cloud in Scotland and western Ireland, although some bright or sunny spells here as well. Thicker cloud in northwest Scotland bringing more persistent rain and drizzle here with fog on hills. High temperatures 32C in southeast England, widely 22 to 29C, 13 to 16C in Scotland.

Holiday Monday
High pressure remains on Monday with another hot day ahead for many. A weak cold front moving south through Scotland bringing cloud and some spots of rain here. Elsewhere it is warm and sunny again, hot in places. Staying dry through the afternoon with further sunshine in England and Wales as well as Ireland, but more cloud in Scotland and the far north of England. Highs at 26 to 33C in England and Wales, 22C in Scotland, 27C in southern Ireland, 16C in northwest Scotland.
