Most of the showers probably affecting more western and southern areas. A cold front in the east will bring more cloud in north-east England and this produces some outbreaks of showery rain too. In between these various areas of showers and rain, it is likely to be drier with broken cloud. Highs at 16C in southern England, just 9C in northern Scotland, 12C in Ireland.
