High pressure still dominant on Monday. More dry weather with plenty of sunshine, particularly sunny further west. More variable cloud cover expected further east, the cloud rather heavy in places across north and east Scotland throughout the day. Highs at 25C in Ireland, 17C in eastern England.
 

Monday Night
Another dry night. Cloud pulling in from the east while many in the far west should see the best of the clear skies. Lows dropping to 7 to 10C.

 
 
 

Tuesday
Rather extensive cloud cover at first on Tuesday, though the far western regions of the UK and across Ireland will see sunshine. A dry day ahead with the cloud gradually thinning and clearing for many although like previous days some areas could hang on to the cloud. Highs at 16 to 25C.
 

Wednesday
High pressure is sustained on Wednesday. A dry and fine day for many with plenty of sunshine. A brisk easterly wind persists across southern England. Highs at 16C in eastern areas, 23C in the west.
