Sunday
A front brings rain to northwest Scotland through Sunday with plenty of low cloud shrouding the hills. The risk of some low cloud and drizzle in western Ireland, but fair to the east with some warm sunshine. This allowing for showers to form here this afternoon. For England, Wales, southern and eastern Scotland it is likely to be dry with sunshine although this hazy in the north. This afternoon staying generally dry with good spells of warm sunshine, a low risk of an isolated showers developing. Highs near 29C in southern England, 15C in western Scotland and 17C in western Ireland, generally 21 to 27C for most.

Sunday Night
Dry with variable cloud in most of England and Wales tonight. An area of showers may affect eastern Ireland, developing as they track northeast to affect northwest England and northwest Wales by the morning. A front lying northeast to southwest through Scotland and western Ireland bringing some outbreaks of rain here, most on western coasts and hills but some moderate bursts inland too. Lows at 11 to 15C.

Monday
A front brings cloud and rain through northern England and northwest Wales on Monday morning. Further rain extending from western Scotland to the north and west of Ireland. Cloud affecting southern England but dry with sunny spells for many. The afternoon sees the risk of some heavy showers developing in eastern and central England, these more isolated in Wales. Further cloud and outbreaks of rain for southwest Scotland and Ireland. Turning drier in northwest Scotland. Highs at a hot 30C in southeast England, 22 to 28C for many and 16C in western Scotland and northwest Ireland.

Tuesday
Weak cold fronts affecting most of southern and eastern Scotland, eastern Ireland, northern England and Wales on Tuesday. These bring some showery spots of rain which may become heavier and thundery into the afternoon. Brighter and drier in western Scotland and western Ireland as well as in east Anglia and southern England. Temperatures could get to 32C in southeast England and widely 24 to 28C ahead of the fronts. Cooler air arrives behind the fronts at 17 to 21C.
