Friday
Pressure stays high to the east of the UK on Friday. There will be brisk southeast winds which will quickly clear away any mist or fog patches that develop overnight. Lots of sunshine for most in the morning, and this sunshine lasts into the afternoon. Remaining dry with temperatures at 19 to 22C for most, 16 or 17C to the northwest.
 


Friday Night
Another mostly clear and dry night across the UK and Ireland from Friday into Saturday though some cloud and showery rain may develop over the far west or Ireland and the far southwest of the UK by daybreak. Overnight lows widely at 9 to 14C.

 
 
 


Saturday
High pressure remains to the east with low pressure to the west. The low brings fronts and spots of rain in Ireland, west Wales and southwest England. More persistent rain in western Ireland. Dry with good spells of sunshine in eastern parts of Scotland and England. A brisk southeast wind for all. Highs at 23 or 24C in the southeast, 17 to 20C for much of Ireland, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.


Sunday
An occluded front passes northeast across the British Isles on Sunday taking cloud and rain with it. Brighter weather follows into Ireland and the west of the UK, together with a scattered showers over western coasts. High temperatures at 23 or 24C in the east, 16 or 17C in the west.
