Friday
Rather a lot of cloud around for many on Friday morning. The thickest of it affecting western Scotland where there will be some drizzle;. It may be murky around western coasts and hills too. There will be sunny spells breaking through in southeast England. Little changes this afternoon with further sunny spells in the east and south. Mainly dry elsewhere but with a lot of cloud and some mist and fog patches affecting western hills. Further drizzle in western Scotland where there wil be a moderate southwest wind blowing. Highs at 12C in western Scotland, 17 to 21C in England and Wales. Always cooler in cloud to the west.


Friday Night
Plenty of cloud around during tonight. It is going to be dry overall, although there is always the chance of some patchy drizzle on western coasts and hills where there could also be some fog. More eastern and southern areas will be drier and clearer. Lows of 5 to 9C.
 


Saturday
A ridge of high pressure extends through the UK and Ireland on Saturday. The best sunshine in likely to be in the south and east. More cloud to the north and west but still some sunny spells and feeling warm. Some patchy drizzle and light rain affects western Scotland and western Ireland. Low cloud and mist or fog patches on western and southern coasts at times. Highs at 15 to 25C.


Sunday
Higher pressure affecting the whole of the UK and Ireland on Sunday. This is likely to be bringing fair weather to many areas with good spells of warm sunshine. Some low cloud and drizzle may affect the far northwest of Scotland and western Ireland. Highs at 17 to 25C.
