High pressure remains on Tuesday, probably centred over Ireland. This brings plenty of dry weather with sunny spells. Any early mist or fog patches should burn off quickly. Showers in northern and western Scotland later but staying dry for most. High temperatures at 20C in southern England, 10 to 12C in northern Scotland, 14 to 17C for most.
 


Tuesday Night
A dry night for most with clear skies over much of England, Ireland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Cloudier over Scotland with outbreaks of rain for northern parts of the country. A few mist and fog patches may develop in the far southwest. Overnight lows at 5 to 10C.
 


Wednesday
High pressure remains centred over the British Isles on Wednesday. This brings a fair day again for central and southern areas. More cloud in the north with a few showers and outbreaks of rain for northern parts of Scotland and the Northern Isles. High temperatures widely reaching 14 to 19C.
 


Thursday
Pressure stays high on Thursday. This brings more dry weather and plenty of sunshine, especially in the south. Cloudier to the north and east with a slight chance of showers over northeast Scotland and the Northern Isles. High temperatures at 16 to 22C.
