Tuesday
A warm front passing through Scotland brings cloud here and some outbreaks of rain across northern and northwestern Scotland. Showery spots of rain in a cloudier northwest of Ireland. Some cloud on eastern and southern coasts as a cold front weakens and moves away southwards. Brighter skies between these two areas will allow for sunny spells for most and it should be dry too. Little change in the afternoon. A cooler day with the winds fro the north or northeast and temperatures at 17C in the far north of Scotland, 25C in southern England.

Tuesday Night
Further fronts in Scotland and Ireland tonight. Outbreaks of showery rain in central and Northern Ireland. Much of Scotland stays cloudy with outbreaks of patchy rain and drizzle affecting western coasts. An occluded front close to east Anglia and southeast England allowing for cloud and a few spots of rain. Dry in other areas with clearer skies. Lows at 9 to 13C.
 

Wednesday
An occluded front extends from central Ireland to western Scotland bringing some outbreaks of showery rain here with cloud. Some cloud and a few showers again affecting East Anglia and eastern England. Elsewhere there will be sunny spells and it will be very warm again too. Highs at 17C in the cloudier parts of western Scotland and Ireland but 25C in southwest England and southern Wales.

Thursday
Troughs extend through Ireland and into western Scotland on Thursday. There troughs allow for some showers to develop in these areas. The showers could become heavy and thundery. Fair for the rest of Scotland, England and Wales to start the day with lots of sunshine. Afternoon scattered heavy and thundery showers develop across western England and Wales. Eastern areas are likely to be staying dry with plenty of sunshine. Highs at 22 to 28C.
