Friday
Weak high pressure across the country on Friday, however, a weakened front will give largely cloudy skies and some patchy rain. Rain mainly affecting Northern Ireland, parts of east Ireland, southwest Scotland, Wales and into western regions of England. Some showers developing across eastern England later in the day. Drier elsewhere and best of the sunshine across the far west of Ireland and the far north of Scotland. Highs not as great under the cloud cover; generally between 12 to 20C.

Friday Night
A cloudy night for many with some rain lingering across Wales into the Midlands as well as across some central areas of England. A few scattered showers in southern England and Northern Ireland too. Largely dry elsewhere. Lows at 6C in the north and west, 8 or 9C elsewhere.
 

Saturday
A largely cloudy scene to start the day on Saturday with plenty of dry conditions but also some patchy bits and pieces of rain and or drizzle about in any low cloud and mist. This cloud should gradually lift through the morning allowing for a brighter day for many once the sun comes out. With the sunshine there is the risk of a few scattered showers developing in the afternoon too. A warmer day with highs at 16 to 21C.

Sunday
High pressure remains on Sunday. There will be some good spells of sunshine for most and it should be largely dry. A front just to the west of the UK and Ireland could bring thicker cloud to northern and western Scotland, Northern Ireland and western parts of Ireland through the day with some patchy light rain and drizzle. Highs at 18 to 23C.
