Tuesday Plenty of sunshine through this morning across England and Wales, as well as Ireland. There will be some broken cloud in Wales, and the Midlands, but overall it stays dry and sunny. Thick cloud in northern and north-eastern Scotland, but dry here. This afternoon sees very little change with more sunshine for England, Wales and Ireland and feeling very warm or hot here. Further cloudy in Scotland and also western parts of Ireland. Cool in northern Scotland at 15C but widely 24C in northern England, southern Scotland and Ireland, 32C in southeast England.
Tuesday Night A fair night ahead and dry for all. There is a chance of some kind affecting eastern parts of Scotland, and perhaps some broken cloud over eastern England as well. Clear skies across more western and southern areas. Lows of 8C in northern Scotland, 14C in western areas of England.
Wednesday Dry with good spells of sunshine on Wednesday as high pressure remains close to the British Isles. Cloud and a few showers may develop over East Anglia. Further showers arriving in the far southwest of England through the morning. Mostly dry for the afternoon with more sunshine. Always the chance of an isolated shower in southern Wales and the far south of England. Eastern coasts of England and Scotland could have some cloud at times and will feel cooler. Highs at 17C along eastern coasts, 27C in southern England.
Thursday An area of showery rain across Wales, the Midlands and East Anglia on Thursday morning. This area of rain moving into northern England in the afternoon, although it is only showery. Broken cloud and sunny spells as well as mostly dry conditions following, but some low cloud over western coasts and hills. Dry with decent spells of sunshine in Scotland. Highs at 28C in central and southern England, 23C in Scotland.
