Monday
A front brings some cloud and rain through northern and western Scotland as well as northern and western Ireland this morning. The front slips slowly east as the morning progresses. A area of showers may affect northern England too. Elsewhere a dry and warm morning with sunny internvals. Scattered showers developing into this afternoon through central and northern areas, but dry and sunny for many in the south. Hot in southeast England at 31C, cooler to the north at 18C in western Scotland.

Monday Night
The rain band spreads to northwest England and eastern Ireland as well as northwest Wales tonight. Fresher weather arriving in northern and western Scotland as well as western Ireland. Muggy but dry with variable cloud across the rest of England and Wales. Lows near 11C in central Scotland but a very muggy 19C in southeast England.
 

Tuesday
A cold front from eastern Scotland to the Scilly Isles on Tuesday morning giving outbreaks of mostly light rain. This rain spreads to Wales and the rest of northern England this afternoon, increasingly showery. Fresher and brighter weather for the rest of Scotland and Ireland, just a few showers affecting western coasts. The res of England and Wales will be bright and dry with good spells of sunshine and will be feeling hot. Tops at 32C in southeast England, 17C in western Ireland and western Scotland.

Wednesday
A weak front extends northeast to southwest over England on Wednesday. This brings cloud and a few showery bursts of rain along the line of the front. East Anglia and southeast England are dry with sunny spells and feeling hot. Fresher, drier and brighter in northwest England, Scotland, western Wales and most of Ireland. Highs at 18C in western Scotland, 32C in southeast England.
