Thursday
Some early morning rain in the far southeast, but this will be clearing away quickly. Most areas are going to have a fair morning with some good spells of sunshine, and these will be lasting into the afternoon. A few bits of rain affecting the far north west of Scotland in the afternoon, but dry for almost all parts of the British Isles. Cloud tending to increase across the south later. Feeling warm in the sunshine at 23C in southeast England, 18C in Ireland, 16C in northwest Scotland.

Thursday Night
A dry start to the night. Cloud will be increasing as the night wears on, this lowering to bring some drizzle across western and south-western coast sandhills as well as some low cloud, mist and fog patches. More persistent rain arriving in western Ireland later with the south-westerly breeze picking up here too. Other areas are going to be dry. Lows near 6 to 9C.
 

Friday
Some thundery rain affecting the far south east of England on Friday morning, this could be heavy at times. A further area of rain associated with an occluded front will be moving east through Ireland and reaching western Scotland during the early afternoon then passing eastwards. The rain reaches western Wales, and western England as the afternoon progresses. Other areas are going to be generally dry although the rain band crosses northern England later. Becoming brighter through Ireland and west of the UK with some showers. Highs at 15 to 17C with the winds becoming a moderate to fresh west to southwesterly.

Saturday
A ridge of high-pressure building through the British Isles on Saturday, with high-pressure centred in the English Channel. That should bring generally fair conditions with some decent spells of sunshine for many areas. There will be some showers affecting western Scotland as a trough moves eastwards, and this will lead to the showers being heavy and prolonged at times here. Highs at 21C southern England, 12C in western Scotland.
