Sunday
A cloudy morning across many parts of the country on Sunday. They will be outbreaks of patchy rain through the Midlands, much of western England and Ireland. The most persistent of the rain across southern Wales and Southwest England. Eastern areas tending to be dry with one or two brighter spells. Scotland should be dry to and there will be some bright spells in the north-west of Scotland, these slipping south. This afternoon stays quite damp with some showery outbreaks right across central England and Wales. More rain for southern England, most of it light. Showery rain to across Ireland, most again in the south. Mostly dry for northern England but rather cloudy, some bright or sunny spells for Scotland although showers could develop as a high ground. Feeling cold in the cloud in the south at just 10 or 11C, nearer 14C where the sun comes out in Scotland and western Ireland.

Sunday Night
Some showery rain across southern England and southern Wales overnight, this slowly fading away. Some showery rain to in eastern Scotland. Most areas will become dry with some clear spells developing, most of them across northern England and western Scotland.

 
 
 

Holiday Monday
A slack pressure flow covers the country through Monday. There will be a fair amount of cloud around once again although some bright or sunny spells are going to be affecting most areas. Probably more cloud across Scotland where there could be one or two showers over the hills. A scattering of showers may affect southern island to. Other areas should be dry. Temperatures reaching 12C in northern Scotland, but more widely 15 to 17C.

Tuesday
Another slack pressure flow across the country on Tuesday. A weak front bring cloud and outbreaks of rain across western Scotland and northern England, although these are only going to be light. Elsewhere it should be dry with the best of any brightness across southern England and eastern Ireland as well as eastern Scotland. Western Ireland may have some more cloud with periods of rain later in the day. Highs at 17C in any sunshine in the south, 12 to 14C in northern England and Scotland.
