Sunday
Expect a good deal of cloud across the United Kingdom today as a brisk north wind develops across eastern parts of England and Scotland. Best of the sunshine is likely to be across Northern Ireland and western parts of Wales, Scotland and north west England. Most places will have a dry day but a front with some very patchy rain and drizzle will affect eastern parts of Scotland then the north east of England. Expect maximums of 11 to 14 Celsius.


Sunday Night
It becomes very windy across Scotland and northern England through the evening and night, more so across the east. Across the eastern halves of England and Scotland we keep a good deal of low cloud and mistiness with some pockets of light drizzle in places. Further to the west it will be staying dry with some clear spells. Expect minimum temperatures of 5 to 8 Celsius.


Monday
A chilly day in brisk north east winds. Across Northern Ireland and Scotland it will be a dry day with the best of the sunshine. Cloudier across England and Wales with a risk of scattered showers across eastern and southern parts of England. Any showers soon fade early this evening with the cloud breaking to some late sunshine. Overnight it will be dry across Britain with clear spells. Around the channel coast it will be quite windy. Expect highs of tops of 12 to 14 Celsius.


Tuesday
Not as windy today and we expect more in the way of sunshine so feeling less chilly. It will be a dry day across Britain. In the afternoon more cloud tends to develop across The Midlands and southern parts of England along with Northern Ireland. A fine evening is forecast with lots of late sunshine. It will stay dry overnight and with light winds and clear skies temperatures will drop low enough for a frost in the countryside. Expect highs of 12 to 14 Celsius.
