Thursday
High pressure is in control of the weather through today. This morning is likely to be cloudy for most although it should stay dry. A few spots of drizzle could affect western Scotland and northwest England. During the afternoon cloud is going to be thinning with some bright or sunny spells breaking through. The best of these in the south and feeling warm too. Highs at 11 to 16C.


Thursday Night
A dry night with a fair amount of cloud afecting most northern and western areas. To the south and east a few cear spells are likely and it will be dry here too. Some drizzle could again affect the western slopes of Scotland and northwest England. Lows near 3 to 8C.
 


Friday
High pressure is centred over the UK and Ireland on Friday. This brings a fair day with plenty of sunshine. There will be some low cloud affecting the west of Scotland and western Ireland and this could produce a few spots of drizzle. Elsewhere the day is likely to be dry with sunny spells. Highs at 12 to 17C.
 


Saturday
High pressure drifts to the east on Saturday with a warm southerly flow wafting northwards. This brings a fair day with good spells of sunshine and it should be staying dry. Highs of 13 to 20C.
