Sunday
The area of high pressure drifts east on Sunday. A south to southwest flow brings cloud across Ireland, Northern Ireland and much of Scotland, some rain and drizzle affecting western coasts and hills here. Variable cloud and some possible drizzle affecting the northern English and Welsh hills too. Dry for most though with some sunny spells about. Highs at a rather muggy 14 to 19C for most, though cooler still along many easternmost coasts.

Sunday Night
A cloudy night across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland into northern England with some patchy rain and drizzle affecting westernmost areas here. Dry with clear spells through the rest of England and Wales. Lows dropping to around 4 or 5C across East Anglia though for most a milder 7 to 12C.
 

Monday
High pressure remains to the south and east on Monday. This should bring more dry, sunny and warm weather through central and southern England, though more cloud with outbreaks of rain, heavy in places, to the north and west progressively moving southwards towards Wales. A breezy day and less muggy further north and west too with highs here 12 to 16C, England and Wales at 17 to 21C.

Tuesday
An area of low pressure moves in closer towards Scotland on Tuesday keeping higher pressure over France. A brisk westerly wind as well as outbreaks of rain progressively affect Northern Ireland, northwest Ireland as well as western and northern regions of Scotland. Meanwhile a weak front bringing cloud and patchy light rain and drizzle continues to push south across England and Wales. Highs at 12 to 19C.
