Snow for Scandinavia too

Tuesday
A breezy day across much of Spain - frequent rain and mountain snow across northern and central regions where it will be feeling chilly, as well as north Portugal. Blustery showers will also affect the Balerics as well as the Italian islands where there will be more persistent rain. Frequent and heavy showers across parts of Italy, snow to the higher ground. Showers pushing on to western Greece with a few on to the Turkish resorts, otherwise dry with sunny spells.
Feeling colder across much of northern into central Europe today. Western and southern regions of France will see frequent and at times heavy showers with snow to higher ground. Drier further north. Some showers pushing on to the Low Countries though most here should stay dry. Scattered wintry showers along the German coasts where it will feel particularly cold, though elsewhere Germany will be dry. Snow expected across southern parts of Switzerland and Austria.
A mix of rain sleet and snow across Denmark with some areas seeing more snow than others. Snow for southern Norway, Sweden and Finland where it will be windy. Drier further north. A mix of rain, sleet and possible snow for the Baltic States.

Wednesday
Further unsettled conditions with heavy rain and snow over higher ground in northern Spain and Portugal. A few showers and breezy further south across Spain. Thundery bursts for the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Heavy rain and hill snow for Italy and the Balkans, also into western mainland Greece. Scattered showers for the islands and into western Turkey.
Showery for north and western France, plus some rain and snow for southeast France and the Alps. Drier around the Low Countries and much of Germany. A band of snow is likely to affect Poland with areas of showers across many eastern countries.
Low pressure over Scandinavia sees areas of snowfall, most extensive over northern Sweden and Finland, showery further south into Denmark. Drier toward the west and north of Norway.
