Rain in Spain but fair for much of the rest of western Europe

Wednesday
Heavy, thundery showers developing over Spain on Wednesday. Portugal should be dry with good spells of sunshine here. The heavy showers or longer spells of rain extending through the Balearics. Italy should be fair with some sunny spells here. Greece will be dry too with long spells of sunshine, and it should be remaining fine across Turkey.
France will be fair with lots of sunshine. Fair for the Low Countries and Germany with plenty of sunshine to come here. Some rain or showers in the east and south of Poland. A few showers for eastern Hungary, but fair in the west. Most of Austria and Switzerland should be fair.
Broken cloud and some sunny spells to come in Denmark. The Baltic States will be bright and dry. Staying dry for Finland too. Sunshine for Norway and breezy here. Windy in Norway with rain in the north and west.

Thursday
Showers and rain affecting much of Portugal as well as southwest Spain. There will be further showers and rain in eastern parts of Spain. Fair for Corsica and Sardinia as well as most of Italy A few showers could trouble Sicily. Greece may have scattered showers in the south, but should be mostly dry. Heavy showers and rain as well as feeling cold in much of central and eastern Turkey.
Fine for France with plenty of sunshine here. More sunny spells for the Low Countries. Breezy with some showers in northern Germany. Breezy too for northern Poland. Dry in southern Poland and the south of Germany. few showers in eastern Hungary but dry in the west. Fair with plenty of sunshine for Austria and Switzerland.
Windy and wet across Denmark where it will be feeling cold. A cold day for much of Sweden with some heavy rain, gales in the south. Windy in the Baltic States and Finland, with rain in western Finland. Heavy showers for western parts of Norway.
