Spells of rain central Europe


Saturday
High pressure across Iberia brings a fair day with sunshine. Warm in south & eastern Spain, up to 20C on some Costas. Pleasantly warm for Portugal too, around 18C. Patchy rain for the Biscay coast of France, but southern France will be dry and mild. The Mediterranean will be dry, including Italy, the Balkans and Greece , highs 14 to 17C around the coasts. Nearer 10C for northern Italy.
Pulses of rain move eastwards across Germany, as low pressure affects eastern Europe. Blustery for the Alps, plus the Czech Republic and Poland. Some heavy showers. A mix of snow and rain for Belarus, Ukraine and the Baltic states. Quiet but very cold weather for much of Scandinavia, with a few snow showers around coastal areas. Top temperatures in Finland only -6C.


Sunday
Staying fair across Iberia and the Mediterranean. Temperatures reaching 20C in southern Spain and Portugal. Dry and mild in southern France too, whilst rain moves across northern France into Belgium and then south-west Germany. Some snow for the Alps. 6 to 9C for central Europe.
Largely dry for the Balkans, Greece and areas toward the Black Sea. Snow moves across Belarus into western Russia. Areas of showers for Poland, Denmark and far south of Sweden. High pressure over Norway maintains cold but dry weather for much of Scandinavia. Some snow in the far north.
