Becoming thundery central Europe

Monday
Showers in northwest Spain. Fair for the rest of Spain and Portugal. Lots of sunshine in Majorca and Ibiza as well as Menorca. Sunny and dry for Corsica and Sardinia together with Italy. A few showers for northern Italy. Greece will be fine and dry in the west but some thundery showers in the east which also affect Bulgaria and the Balkan mountains. Heavy showers in eastern Turkey but hot and fine in the west.
Showers for western parts of France although most of the country will be dry. Some heavy showers in the Low Countries as well as central and southern Germany, These showers extending into Switzerland. Further heavy showers in eastern parts of Germany and western Poland. Drier for Austria and Hungary with sunny spells.
Denmark will have sunny spells and scattered showers. Plenty of sunshine to come in the Baltic States. Some sunshine too across Finland. Sweden will be dry and sunny and it should be staying dry in Norway too. Showery in the far north.

Tuesday
A fair day for much of Spain and Portugal, lots of hot sunshine, into the upper 30s Celsuis in the south, fresher toward Biscay. Also hot and sunny for the Balearics and Sicily. South and western France should be dry too with sunshine.
Thunderstorms breaking out over the Alps, southern Germany, plus north and central Italy. Thundery showers too for the Balkans and mainland Greece. Mostly dry for the Greek islands, Cyprus and the coasts of Turkey, but some downpours in central Turkey.
Showers for eastern France and the Low Countries. Areas of rain over southern Scandinavia, some showers for the Baltic states. Also showery and cool for northern Norway. Northern Sweden and Finland should be mostly dry.
