Heavy thunderstorms in central Europe and northern Spain, fair to the south

Tuesday
Largely dry across Portugal on Tuesday with mostly dry conditions through Spain, although showers still about in the far north. Dry through the Blaearics and Italy with it's surrounding islands. A few scattered showers across Greece and Turkey but mainly dry here. Dry and sunny for Cyprus.
Thundery and heavy showers still about across France. A few showers across south Belgium but drier further north here. Mainly dry across the Netherlands. Torrential thunderstorms across southern parts of Germany into Austria, but drier further north. Still unsettled through Switzerland. A few heavy and thundery showers across east Poland but mainly dry elsewhere. Scattered showers to affect Croatia.
Some showers affecting south Norway and Sweden in the morning but these should clear off in the afternoon. Largely dry elsewhere here. Thundery, heavy showers moving into Finland. Local thunderstorms through the Baltic States but plenty of dry weather too. Dry and fine across Denmark.

Wednesday
Thunderstorms in northern and eastern parts of Spain. Fair for Portugal and southern Spain with plenty of sunshine. Scattered showers for the Balearics. Fine for Corsica and Sardinia with good spells of sunshine in Italy. Greece and Turkey will be dry and bright with lots of sunshine.
Rain and heavy showers in eastern and southern France. Western and northern France will be bright and dry with sunny spells. Bright in the Low Countries and dry here with sunny spells. Germany will be bright and dry with sunshine but some showers in the west. Further showers in the west and south of Poland. Hungary and Poland will be dry with sunshine. Switzerland will have heavy and thundery rain.
Denmark will be dry with sunny spells. Some thunderstorms developing in the Baltic States. Finland will be dry and bright with lots of sunshine. Sweden will be dry with lots of sunshine. Staying fine in Norway, although some rain in the far north.
