Showers and rain in eastern Europe, fine to the north and south


Monday
Thunderstorms developing in northern Spain today. Dry through central and southern areas with sunshine here. More sunshine in the central Mediterranean islands whilst showers affect central and northern Italy, fair to the south. Greece and Turkey should be fair with plenty of sunshine.
Cloud and some rain in central and northern France, whilst the south should be fair and dry. Bright periods in the Low Countries but rain in northern and eastern Germany. Heavy showers across Switzerland but dry in Austria and most of Hungary. Rain in southern Poland but dry to the north.
Fair for Denmark with variable cloud. Fine across the Baltic States and Finland with good spells of sunshine. More sunshine across Sweden as wel as Norway where it will be feeling chilly too.

Tuesday
More thundery showers in the north and east of Spain on Tuesday. The Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia will all be fine with good spells of sunshine. Scattered showers in central Italy, otherwise fine. Fair in Greece and Turkey with plenty of warm sunshine.
A fair day too in France where it should be dry with sunny spells. Sunny spells and dry conditions affecting the Low Countries and much of Germany as well as northern Poland. Southern Poland and the south of Germany will be cloudier with some rain here. This rain affecting Austria and Switzerland too.
Denmark wil have sunny spells, although some showers affecting southern Norway and the south of Sweden. Fair weather for the Baltic States and Finland with god spells of sunshine. Fair too in central Norway although some sleety rain in the far north.
