A dry and settled spell of weather for much of Scandinavia this weekend
More sunshine and dry, warm weather for Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands. Thundery showers developing through the afternoon for Corsica, Sardinia, Italy and the Balkans. These could be very heavy near Italy's Adriatic coast. Mostly dry, sunny and very warm for Greece and Turkey with the odd shower for the far northeast of Turkey.
A dry and fair day with good spells of sunshine for much of France, the Low Countries, Germany and Poland. Isolated heavy showers developing for southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. These may be thundery in nature with hail.
Early showery rain clears Finland and the Baltic States leaving a dry and mostly sunny day for much of Scandinavia. A dry day with plenty of sunshine for Denmark, Sweden and much of Norway. A threat of light, drizzly rain for Norway's west coast.
A few showers developing on Sunday for the far northwest of Spain and northern Portugal which could be thundery at times. Dry and bright elsewhere across Iberia and for the Balearic Islands. The threat of thunderstorms continues for Corsica, Sardinia, Italy and the Balkans on Sunday though there will be good spells of sunshine for many. Dry and very warm for Greece and Turkey with a chance of thundery showers for central-southern Turkey through the afternoon.
Another dry and bright day for much of France, the Low Countries and western Germany. Scattered thundery showers affecting eastern Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Staying dry and fine in Poland with broken cloud to the southwest.
High pressure dominates over Scandinavia bringing further dry and sunny weather to Denmark, the Baltic States, Finland, southern Sweden and southern Norway. An area of low pressure brings outbreaks of rain and a breeze to northern parts of Norway and Sweden.
