Monday
A mild day across Scotland, Northern Ireland, north west England and Wales, colder across the south. An area of moderate to heavy rain from eastern Scotland into northern England, The Midlands, Wales and south west England will be weakening as we go through the day, clearing Wales, Scotland and south west England in the afternoon. A dry day for Northern Ireland, East Anglia and the south east but with a good deal of cloud. Another area of rain comes in across northern Scotland. Expect highs of 4 to 11 Celsius.


Monday Night
Lots of cloud around this evening and into the night but across East Anglia and the south east skies will be mostly clear leading to a frost. Rain across Scotland in the evening spills into northern parts of England during the night and milder in the north. Expect minimum temperatures of -1 to 7 Celsius with the coldest temperatures across East Anglia and the south east.
 


Tuesday
Cold across the south with a frost to start the day across East Anglia and the south east. Here expect some occasional sunny spells today. More cloudy across the rest of Britain with patchy rain and drizzle in the west. In the afternoon much of this tends to die away. Dry into the evening and night. With more in the way of clear spells, a frost is likely to develop tonight across eastern parts of England. Expect top temperatures of 3 to 10 Celsius.


Wednesday
Some sunshine to come across north eastern parts of England. For the most part it's a dry, cloudy day with just a few spots of rain in the west and towards East Anglia. Through the evening and night a front may bring some light rain to East Anglia and the south east. More in the way of clear spells are likely to develop elsewhere with a widespread, sharp frost across much of Britain. Look for high temperatures of 4 to 9 Celsius.
