Sunday
A better, drier day to come today but with plenty of cloud. Quite a breezy start to the day across England but the winds lessen through the day. Outbreaks of light rain across northern England in the morning clear by the afternoon. Some patchy drizzle to affect western Wales and western Cornwall with a few showers for western Scotland otherwise dry. Temperatures will be down a few degrees from yesterday but remain near normal. Expect maximum temperatures of 17 to 20 Celsius.

Sunday night
Outbreaks of rain and drizzle move in across Northern Ireland and Cornwall during the evening with the rest of the country dry with clear spells. Overnight that rain in the west is expected to become heavier spreading into the western half of Britain. Expect minimums of 10 to 15 Celsius.

Monday
A dull, misty and damp morning to come across much of the country with spells of rain and drizzle and a good deal of hill fog. In the afternoon the drizzly rain becomes more patchy and light and tends to linger across Wales and southern England. Mainly dry to the north albeit cloudy. A mostly dry evening and night with lots of low cloud and some patchy drizzle near west facing coasts. Expect top temperatures of 16 to 23 Celsius.

Tuesday
Very warm and summery across Britain today. The best of the sunshine today will be across more eastern parts of England and Scotland. More cloud across the west and this will give some patchy light rain to Northern Ireland and a few light showers to western parts of England, Wales and Scotland. Light outbreaks of rain to come across Northern Ireland and northern Scotland for this evening and night. The rest of Britain will be dry with a good deal of cloud. Look for high temperatures of 20 to 26 Celsius.
