Hot in central and eastern Europe but some thunderstorms too

Wednesday
Cloud and some showers or longer spells of rain over parts of eastern Portugal and northern Spain. More southern and eastern parts of Spain will be dry with sunny spells. Italy will be dry with lots of sunshine throughout and it will be very warm too. Warm and sunny across Greece, with wind and warm weather across Turkey.
Cloud and heavy periods of thundery rain across France. Some thundery showers in the Low Countries and parts of Germany. Poland will be very warm with sunny spells. More sunshine and showers over Austria, Switzerland and Hungary.
Cloud and warm weather for Denmark. Fine through the Baltic States and Finland with lots of sunshine. Variable cloud in Norway but some sunshine here and dry too. Sunny and dry across Sweden throughout.

Thursday
Some heavy showers developing across Spain and Portugal through today, most of them to the north. Cloud and rain also affects France, some of it heavy and thundery to the north. This thundery, yet hot weather extends through the Low Countries and into Germany and Poland. More showers for Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.
A few showers for the Balearics, but most of Italy should be dry, hot and sunny. Some showers could affect the far northwest of Italy. Sunny and dry through Greece and Turkey.
Some thundery showers in the southern UK, with thundery rain too for Denmark. Very warm fro the Baltic States with hazy sunshine, and warm and sunny too in Finland. Cloud and some rain through Sweden, but southern Norway should be fine with good spells of sunshine. Showers in northern Norway.
