Tuesday
A cloudy morning acros seastern England, mostly dry but with a few showers here and there. The cloud tending to be more broken over Scotland and Ireland, Wales and southwest England with some sunny spells here. Showers may become more persistent for a time in East Anglia and the southeast this afternoon. Other areas drier and bright with sunny spells, again best of them in the west. Highs at 8C on eastern coasts, 13C in western areas of England, Wales and Scotland but to 16C in the sunshine in central Ireland.

Tuesday Night
A few showers over eastern coasts again tonight, there may be an isolated one in north Wales and the northwest Midlands today. Generally it will be a dry night for many with clear spells. Lows near 2 to 5C overall.

 
 
 

Wednesday
Sunny spells this morning in a chilly northerly breeze. Scattered showers affecting eastern coasts of Scotland and England, one or two in the western Midlands and north Wales too. This afternoon remains bright with sunny spells and well broken cloud. Scattered showers again over eastern coasts, a few in southern England and southern Wales too. Highs at a cold 8 to 10C in the east, 13C in the west and 15C in Ireland.

Thursday
More cloud on Thursday in a slack pressure flow. There could be a few spots of rain in northern and eastern England as well as eastern Scotland. More persistent rain arriving in western Ireland later. Elsewhere it will be dry with broken cloud and a few bright spells. Highs at 8C in northern Scotland, 12C in central and western areas.
