Murky in central Europe, but improving through the Mediterranean

Tuesday
A fair day through Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. More sunshine to come over the Balearics although there will be heavy showers in Italy. Lots of sunshine in Greece, but some heavy showers for Turkey.
Some cloud and showers in western France, but sunny spells elsewhere. More sunshine through Switzerland. the Low Countries and Germany although there will be some morning mist and fog. Similar conditions for Austria and Hungary.
To the north there will be some cloud and drizzle through Denmark,. Norway and Sweden as well as Finland should be dry with sunny spells throughout the day.



Wednesday
A front over Portugal brings cloud and rain. The rain could be heavy at times as it edges into the west of Spain. More eastern parts of Spain should be brighter with sunny spells here. France will have broken cloud and largely dry weather once morning mist patches clear. Fair for much of the Low Countries and Germany, although showers in Poland.
It Italy there may be a few showers in the west, but eastern areas should be staying dry. Heavy showers in Greece, these merging to longer spells of rain in the east. Further heavy showers or longer spells of rain to come in Turkey.
Low pressure in Finland brings strong winds and rain here. This rain affecting the north of Norway and Sweden. More southern areas should be brighter with sunny spells and a few showers.
