Wet through western Europe but drier weather to the east
Sunday Cloud and rain through central and eastern parts of Spain today. Portugal should be brighter, although some rain in the southwest. Into the central Mediterranean there will be lots of sunshine through Greece, and this extends into Turkey too as well as Italy. Some cloud and outbreaks of rain for the west of France, extending into the Low Countries. Much of central Europe is dry with morning mist and fog clearing to leave plenty of dry weather and sunny spells. More sunshine and dry weather into western Russia. To the north Scandinavia has more cloud. There will be some rain through southern Norway and southern Sweden as well as through Denmark. More northern parts of Scandinavia will be drier.
 Monday Rain affecting the east of Spain on Monday, but most of the country should be fair with sunny spells. More sunshine to come across Portugal. Some heavy showers in the central Mediterranean. Sunshine and largely dry weather for Italy, but some heavy showers in Greece. Heavy showers in western Turkey too. Cloud and rain over much of France, this heavy in the north and west. Cloud and some outbreaks of rain in the Low Countries and Germany, but southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary will be rather misty but largely dry. Cloudy periods over Denmark and much of southern Norway and Sweden with mist and drizzle here. This extends into the Baltic States. The northern half of Norway sees an odd snow shower, but drier for northern Sweden.
