UK prévisions - 02-10-2012
Damp & cool
Most rain to south

A rather wet start to the day across southern parts of the country today. The rain is going to be heavy at tiems through southern counties of England, this heavier area of rain cross the southeast early on this morning. A second area of rain, although more shoery, will be across Wales and southwest England. This spreads into the Midlands early this morning, before pushing into East Anglia and the southeast this afternoon, leaving a wet day here. There will be a mix of sunshine and showers further north, with the best of any sunshine across eastern Scotland. Showers could become heavy across the southern Uplands. It will be a cool day with highs of 10 to 13C.

Wednesday Night
Overnight there will be some showers affecting western coasts of Wales and Scotland, with the chance of an odd heavy one running up the Bristol Channel at first. For most though the night is going to become dry. Skies are going to be clearing and it may become nippy with lows of 3 to 6C for most.

A better day for Thursday as a weak ridge of high pressure builds through the country. There will be some sunny spells around, and it should be a largely dry start. There is the potential for a few showers to develop during the day across western coasts, with the best sunshine always in the east. Cloud increasing in southern Ireland and southwest England later with rain arriving here by late afternoon. Highs at 11 to 16C.

Friday looks set to become a wet day across the south of the UK. There could be some heavy spells of rain across southern England and Wales, as well as southern Ireland. There is the prospect of some localised flooding here. Across northern England, Scotland and Ireland the day should be drier, although with a fair amount of cloud and just one or two showers around northern coasts and hills. Highs at a nippy 10 to 14C.
