Low cloud, mist and fog across eastern parts of Scotland and eastern parts of England will burden to the coast by the afternoon. Lots of sunshine to come across the country today. Most places will be dry but in the morning there is a risk of a few showers across Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Humberside. In the afternoon a few may be dotted around the North Midlands into northwest England. It will be another warm, summery day with top temperatures today of 21 to 25 Celsius but lower around North Sea coasts.
This evening any scattered showers will soon fade away with most areas having some pleasantly warm, evening sunshine. It will be dry overnight with a good deal of cloud coming in across most areas. So this will keep it very mild, especially in the south were low temperatures will fall to just to 15 or 16 Celsius with 10 to 13 Celsius across most other areas.
So a rather cloudy start to Thursday a few scattered showers across England and Wales. In the afternoon expect a mixture of cloud, sunny spells and scattered showers, these mainly the north and in the west with a few along the far southern coasts of England. One or two of these could be on the heavy side. Mostly sunny and dry across Northern Ireland today. Most of the country will be fair and dry for this evening and tonight just with the odd shower down across southwest England and Scotland Expect top temperatures today of 20 to 24 Celsius.
It becomes cooler and windier across the country today. The showers across Cornwall and Devon will soon clear way, otherwise all parts of the country will have a fine, dry day with sunny spells and some occasional cloud. A fine evening to come with some late sunshine for most areas, and this will be followed by a dry, mostly clear night and it will be cooler than the previous few nights. High temperatures today of 17 to 22 Celsius.
